* We intend to reduce the cost for non-Uruguayan students as much as possible, so we are studying the possibility of supporting accommodation and other expenses associated with the stay during the congress. Accommodation of the first 50 non-Uruguayan students registered for the meeting will be covered. If you are interested, fill in the required registration form for registration payment. If you qualify, we will cover your hotel in shared student rooms (check-in: Oct 31, check-out: Nov 4).

** No accommodation is included for Uruguayan students under this fee.

Residents of Uruguay :

• Please transfer US dollars to the following account: BROU Bank account. Beneficiary is “Facultad de Ciencias - Fondos de Terceros”, Account # U$S: Nº 001559380-00006. Please include “SMBE” in the transfer form under “Concepto” and upload the transfer receipt when filling out the registration form (see below).

• If you are a student of the Masters in Bioinformatics (PEDECIBA), the program will pay for your registration (up to ten). Please complete the registration form (see below) and email us indicating that you request the program to cover your registration.

Non-residents/ registrants from overseas:

• If you are an invited speaker, you are exempt from paying the registration fee. Simply complete the registration form (see below).

• Payment with a credit card. We have reached an agreement with Hotel Palladium to host international attendees to the meeting. The hotel will charge you for the cost of registration on our behalf. To that end, please complete the pdf form (link) and send it to us by email. We will only use this information to inform you by email when the transaction is completed. If you need a receipt, please let us know.

• Wire transfer. Not recommended because international wire transfers are expensive for both the sender and the payee. Please write to us if you cannot pay with a credit card.

• Residents of Argentina; other special cases: please complete the registration form and email us. We will do our best to resolve your particular needs.

We expect oral presentations to be in English.
