Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the Clean Up Storage Photo Cleaner app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Smart Core Apps (collectively, the "Application"). Smart Core Apps is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
Your device's Internet Protocol address.
The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages.
The time spent using the Application.
Your mobile operating system.
Gmail Access and Email Cleanup
The Application allows users to connect their Gmail accounts through Google OAuth authorization for email cleanup purposes.
With your authorization, the Application reads only the following Gmail information necessary to provide its email cleanup functionality:
Sender: To identify the sender of an email.
Subject: To display email subjects.
Preview: To help you identify emails before deleting them.
Date: To display when emails were received or sent.
Read Status: To distinguish read emails from unread emails.
This information is used solely to display emails and allow users to review and delete unwanted emails. The Application does not access email bodies, attachments, or other Gmail information beyond what is necessary for the email cleanup functionality described in this policy.
On-Device Processing and Data Storage
Gmail information accessed through the Application is processed locally on your device to provide email cleanup functionality.
The Application does not store or retain Gmail sender details, subjects, previews, dates, or read statuses on the Service Provider's servers. This Gmail information is not uploaded or transmitted by the Application to the Service Provider's servers or other external servers.
When you choose to delete an email, the Application uses your authorized Google permissions to carry out the requested action through Google's Gmail services.
Gmail Data Sharing and Advertising
The Application does not sell, share, or use Gmail information accessed through Google APIs for advertising, marketing, profiling, or unrelated purposes. Gmail information is used solely to provide the email cleanup functionality requested by the user.
Google OAuth Authorization
The Application uses Google OAuth to allow users to authorize access to their Gmail accounts for email cleanup purposes. Users can revoke the Application's access at any time through their Google Account settings.
Revoking authorization prevents further access through that authorization. It does not automatically delete emails or other information in the user's Gmail account.
Google API Services User Data Policy – Limited Use
Phone Cleaner’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The Application uses Google user data only to provide the email cleanup features explicitly requested by users and complies with the applicable Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Application or its third-party SDKs may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to support functionality, analytics, or service delivery. Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain consent before using non-essential tracking technologies.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by the Service Provider. To exercise these rights, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, contact the Service Provider at contact.smartcoresol@gmail.com.
You may also revoke Gmail access through your Google Account settings.
Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion of personal information, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and receive non-discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights, subject to applicable law.
The Service Provider does not sell Gmail information accessed through Google APIs or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise your applicable privacy rights, contact contact.smartcoresol@gmail.com.
The Service Provider may use information you provide directly to send important information, required notices, and, where permitted by law, marketing communications. Gmail information accessed through Google APIs is not used for marketing or advertising.
Third-Party Access
Limited technical information may be transmitted to external services to support application functionality, analytics, crash reporting, or other services, where applicable.
The Service Provider does not sell or share Gmail information accessed through Google APIs with third parties. Such information is used only for the email cleanup functionality requested by the user.
The Service Provider may disclose other user-provided or automatically collected information to third parties in the following circumstances:
As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.
When disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the Service Provider's rights, protect users or others, investigate fraud, or respond to a lawful government request.
To trusted service providers working on behalf of the Service Provider, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations.
Gmail information accessed through Google APIs is not provided to third parties for their independent use.
International Data Transfers
The Service Provider or its third-party service providers may transfer or process personal data outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, the Service Provider will use appropriate mechanisms, which may include:
Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Adequacy decisions or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.
Your consent, where required and legally permitted.
Gmail information accessed through the Application is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to the Service Provider's servers.
Third-Party Services
The Application may use third-party services that have their own privacy policies regarding data handling. These may include:

Google API Services User Data Policy
These services may process technical information according to their respective privacy policies. Gmail information accessed through Google APIs is not intentionally included in analytics, crash reports, or advertising data.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop using the Gmail cleanup feature by revoking the Application's Google authorization through your Google Account settings.
You can stop further collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. Uninstalling will not automatically delete information that has already been transmitted to the Service Provider or third-party services.

Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider retains personal data according to the purposes for which it is collected and applicable legal requirements.
Gmail Information: The Application processes Gmail information locally as needed for email cleanup and does not retain this information on the Service Provider's servers.
Automatically Collected Technical Information: Technical information collected by the Application or third-party services may be retained for the period necessary to fulfill its stated purposes, subject to applicable policies and legal requirements.
Aggregated and Anonymized Data: May be retained as long as it remains appropriately anonymized and is needed for legitimate purposes.
Information Required for Legal Compliance: Retained for the period required by applicable law.

Children
The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Application to them.
Where parental or guardian consent is required under applicable law, the Application is not intended for use without that consent. If the Service Provider becomes aware that personal information has been collected from a child in violation of applicable law, it will take appropriate steps to delete that information.

Security
The Service Provider takes reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural measures to protect information processed and maintained by the Application and its service providers.
Gmail information is processed locally on your device. Users should keep their devices secure and review the permissions granted to the Application.
Data Breach Notification
If a data breach affects personal data for which the Service Provider is responsible, the Service Provider will provide notification in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including information about the breach and steps being taken to address it where required.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek consent before material changes take effect.

Your Consent
Where processing is based on consent, you provide consent by affirmatively opting in to the relevant feature or action. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. Processing based on other lawful bases is carried out as described in this Privacy Policy.
By connecting your Gmail account and authorizing the requested Google permissions, you authorize the Application to access and process the Gmail information described in this policy for email cleanup purposes. You may revoke this authorization through your Google Account settings.
