Term and Condition

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Smart Scanner: Barcode & QR Manager mobile application ("Application", "App") developed by Nikhil Prajapati ("we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

1. Use of the Application

Smart Scanner is intended for personal and internal business use only.

You agree to:

• Use the Application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

• Use the app only for lawful purposes

• Not misuse, exploit, or interfere with the app’s functionality

2. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of the data you scan or enter

• Managing and protecting your device and its data

• Ensuring unauthorized users do not access your device

Since all data is stored locally:

• We do not have access to your data

• We cannot recover lost or deleted data

3. Data Storage and Loss

Smart Scanner stores all data locally on your device.

You acknowledge that:

• Uninstalling the app will delete all stored data

• Clearing app storage will remove all saved content

• We are not responsible for data loss under any circumstances

We recommend maintaining your own backups if necessary.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Application, including:

• Design

• Source code

• Features and functionality

are the intellectual property of the developer (Nikhil Prajapati).

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app

• Reverse-engineer or decompile the application

• Use any part of the app without permission

5. Restrictions of Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for illegal or fraudulent activities

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app

• Disrupt or damage the app’s performance

• Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to interact with the app

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties.

We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be error-free or uninterrupted

• The scanning results will always be accurate

• The app will meet all your expectations

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We shall not be liable for:

• Any data loss

• Business losses or interruptions

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Any issues arising from use or inability to use the app

8. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or update the app at any time

• Change these Terms without prior notice

Continued use of the Application after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if:

• You violate these Terms

• You misuse the application

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
