fees, registration and payment
Our Winter Retreat at Lioba Monastery is an intimate gathering, and the number of participants is limited by the accommodations available in the Lioba Monastery guesthouse, Tabor.
There are 3 single rooms and 8 shared rooms available. As accommodation at Tabor is limited, we warmly encourage participants who are able to do so to share a room. A limited number of single rooms are available for those who particularly need or prefer one.
The guesthouse has three showers and five toilets, a large meeting room, and a kitchen with a refrigerator where you may store personal food or other items.
Retreat Fees
Shared room: €295 per person
Single room: €350 per person
Bed linen and towels can be rented for an additional €15. Please let us know when registering if you require them.
Registration
Registration begins with a non-refundable deposit of €150.
Please write to Joshua at lightsong@gmail.com and let us know whether you would prefer a shared or single room.
Because the number of single rooms is very limited, a single room can only be guaranteed once the full retreat fee has been paid.
If you register for a shared room but there is ultimately no one available to share with you, the single-room fee will apply.
The full retreat fee must be paid by November 15, 2026.

Cancellation Policy
The €150 registration deposit is non-refundable. Should you need to cancel we can only refund the remaining amount if we are able to fill your place with another participant.
