Duly signed and scanned Locator Slip at POO level shall be saved as PDF file to be uploaded at respective POO Live Access Accounts.

1. At exactly 8:01 AM of the 20th day of the month , all access to POO emails will be removed to facilitate the printing of LS of staff. Failure to submit on time will require a submission of justification through email.
