Sample File Names inside your designated POO Folder (Number-Poo-ARDTR -Last Name- First Name and Middle Name Initials)
1. P2-ARDTR-Acosta E.G.
2. P2- ARDTR-Del Rosario M.G.
1-15 (1st cut off) - all scanned AR DTR ( with attachments and with the NEEDED SIGNATORIES) shall be uploaded on or before 8AM of 17th day of the month.
16-30/31- all scanned AR DTR ( with attachments and with the NEEDED SIGNATORIES) shall be uploaded on or before 8AM of the 2nd day of the following month.
