Spring AGM April 16th, 2024

• Financials reviewed from previous year.

• Covered new rules for the coed leagues as discussed last meeting and rules coming in from the other NSA league in town to keep consistency.

• Change back to mat, home team must supply the mat for all diamonds.

• One team from Chemong being moved to Fleming Division, two new teams for Chemong Division, one new team for Burnham Division, one new team for Ashburnham Division, Liftlock at four teams.

• All playoffs for weeknights will begin week of August 5th.

• Playoff schedules can be found under the playoff tab above or by clicking here

• Touching base with the city again in regards to lines on the field, unlocking the bathroom, raking the diamonds on weekends.

• Balls and scorebooks handed out to team captains that were present.

Fall Meeting October 24th, 2023

• Tuesday nights/Friday nights

• $13,500 in the bank, ask for that to drop, float to be discussed at spring meeting

• No need for an air quality statement policy, will follow the city’s lead

AGM April 11th, 2023

• NSA

• Different registration process

• One time registration as a player

• Coaches will register, all will be registered under a team as opposed to individually

• Equipment and bats – use the balls up that you have, we can get the balls in bulk from specific website for the NSA balls. Bats are available there as well.

• Composite bats/bamboo bats not allowed, corndogs included

• Prizing this year will be custom uniforms for division winners, can potentially be different

• Bowers fields bases will placed on weekdays

• Coed rules have been streamlined, you can find them on the website under the rules section.

• Roster attendance will be kept up via a Google Sheet team captains will have to check their teams’ attendance weekly.

• Cut off for team registrations will be April 24th

• Plan to start the week before Mother’s Day, weather dependent

• Playoffs will return to the original double knock-out format
