Welcome to the Final project. A project for good, to help understand how UX Design can be impactful for people. The assignment I went with was a job hunting site for formerly incarcerated individuals.
With it being a job hunting site I opted to make this as clean and efficient as possible. As shown with the wireframe ideas here.
Like I mentioned, simplicity was the key, as those Job hunting rarely want a lot of excitement and unique features when looking for work. This is reflected in the four choice presentation and lack of extra images.
With simplicity comes some elegance. This was the thought when designing both the mobile and desktop views. An attempt to help the user find quicker information and easier job postings.
With the High Fidelity Prototype not much was changed but color was added. An attempt to help users quickly notice different sections and allow for easier interactions. Also the use of Company logos was added to allow the posts to stand out more.
This is the final assignment for the course. It was to help develop a job hunting site for formerly incarcerated individuals. The idea was to keep it simple and efficient. Allowing the user to find work that would accept their history and even connect them with recruiters to help find them work.
