Meet our Interim Pastor

Rev. Steve and Terri Fletcher serve at Slinger Community Church, where Pastor Steve is the Interim Pastor. Prior to coming to Slinger, they ministered in pastoral roles in Minnesota, Illinois, and most recently, Neosho, Wisconsin.

At Slinger Community Church, Pastor Steve's ministry focuses on preaching the Word of God, providing pastoral care, and supporting the congregation through the pastoral search process. Keeping Jesus Christ at the center of every aspect of ministry remains his highest priority.

In addition to more than 30 years of pastoral ministry experience, Pastor Steve has spent 15 years working in staff training, supervision, workforce development, and career planning.

Steve and Terri have been married for 45 years and are blessed with three adult children and five grandchildren.

Their life verse is Psalm 34:3

"Oh, magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt His name together!"

Rev. Fletcher is licensed and ordained through the Christian and Missionary Alliance. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Bible and Theology from Crown College in St. Bonifacius, Minnesota; a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Bethel Theological Seminary in Arden Hills, Minnesota; and a Master of Education from Carroll University in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
