Our nutritional approach is all about going back to basics with whole foods to nourish the body and mind.
Here are our top tips...
Eat more protein. A source of protein at every meal, and snack. You should be eating a minimum of 80g or protein per day. To work out your exact requirement, muliply your body weight in KG x 1.5. For example, someone weighing 100kg should eat around 150g per day.
Eat some kind of fruit, salad or vegetables with every meal or snack.
Eat a form of unsaturated fat everyday. This could be olives/olive oil, nuts, seeds, avocado or oily fish.
Drink enough water, at least 2 litres everyday. To work out your bodies exact requirements, times your body weight in KG by 0.033. For example someone weighing 100kg should be drinking around 3.3 liters per day.
Fast everyday. Try to limit your 'eating window' to at least 8 hours. For example eat breakfast at 9am and your evening meal at 5pm. And eat nothing with any calories in between 5pm and 9am overnight then your body will have 16 hours everyday to rest, heal your body and burn fat!
