Course
I have Diabetes/Cancer/Other medical condition, is the course suitable for me? Yes! Our nutrition plans are all about balancing your body chemicals so it's perfect for anyone with health issues, in fact you will feel more benefits than those who just want to lose weight!
How do I lose weight/fat this fast? The combination of eating more nutrients, drinking more water and being a little more active is the key to our course success.
How much weight can I expect to lose? Our course members have been losing between 14 to 40 lbs during 30 days, depending on how strict they are sticking to the plan.
Will I lose fat? No, this is scientifically impossible. Some of the weight will be water, however you will feel like you have lost a lot, especially in your tummy area when you follow our eating plan, as when you eat less processed foods, the inflammation in your gut dramatically reduces.
Is this a "fad diet?" No. Our eating plan include "healthy unsaturated fat" and all the nutrients your body needs to reach optimum health long term.
As well as losing weight, what other health benefits will I notice? Our nutritional advice is all about bringing your body back into balance, so whatever your health issue, you should see it improve. Plus you will notice your skin, hair and nails become noticeably more radiant.
Am I going to feel hungry? If you never feel hungry you are never going to lose weight. Losing weight is all about your body using up it's own fat stores. The smart way to do it is eat less in the evenings so when you are asleep - and don't notice - you burn your fat stores then. Eating a low carb diet and healthy fat (unsaturated) every day/meal is also a great way to feel satisfied.
Will I get a headache or other side affects? If you currently eat a lot of sugar or processed foods, you may get a headache or flu like symptoms, you can limit the effects by drinking lots of water and getting outdoors (for a short walk if you can).
What should I have ready before the course starts? You don't really need to do anything. Everything will be explained in our plan.
Should I weigh everyday? We do recommend this for this our short term course where you will see results. You should see the scales go down everyday. However remember body weight can fluctuate drastically due to thousands of different reasons, so don't be too disheartened if you suddenly get a gain for no apparent reason. If you would prefer to weigh just once a week, that's also ok.
What if I don't have any scales? We would recommend buying some. Even cheap ones provide an accurate reading. We recommend some on our > shop page. Ones that read body fat % are also useful. If you don't want any in your home, then many chemists, gyms and other wellness places have public scales you can use.

How often do you run the courses? It's ongoing, so when you can start when you are ready to go.
Are you qualified and insured? Yes! I am a CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach (level 1), insured for up to 10 million GBP, and I am also on the Register of Exercise Professionals (CIMSPA).
Where can I see who has done the course before, and more information on the history? On the website > about page
Do I need to completely change what I am eating? No. It's all about going back to basics eating real food, moving away from processed foods.
Do I need to buy in anything special? All details are on the plan what you need, fresh vegetables and protein is prefered.
Can I do the course with a friend or family member? Yes we would recommend this as it's often easier when you share the journey with someone close.
Do I need to be in Derbyshire or the UK to do the course? No, we welcome slimmers from across the globe.

What if I don't lose any weight, or fall behind? If you take lots of medications, it can be harder to lose weight, but it's not impossible. You should lose everyday, if you don't you can tell us and we will suggest some way to improve your weight loss.
I've had weight loss surgery and/or am taking jabs, can I still do the course? Yes yes yes! We understand surgery and jabs are just a tool to help you lose weight and you still need to work on the things you eat and portion sizes.
Is there a lot of exercise involved? No. Losing weight is 90% about nutrition so you don't need to do any if you don't want to, however we do recommend some gentle fitness to help you feel mentally stronger to make good food choices.

Do I need to drink loads of water? Having at least 2 litres of plain water (inc. sparkling, hot or fruit/herbal tea) per day, is important as it helps your body in so many ways, not just weight loss. However if you can't or don't like doing this, we are happy to help you increase your water intake slowly.
Can I drink regularly tea and coffee? Not really, as it will slow down weight loss.
Do I need to track/count calories or carb? No. You can select meals from our food ideas.
What's the optional extras? The plan free plan gives free support ongoing but if you feel you need more support, you can start 1:1 weekly coaching calls to help you reach your long term goals, or short term goals faster, full details are at our > coaching page

I don't have a lot to lose, can I still join? Yes, but you may find the results slower. Please let us know if you have any specific goals you would like to achieve.
Am I too fat to join? Never! We are ready to help everyone whatever their size.
Can children or vulnerable adults be coached? Sorry no. Anyone from 18-years-old can be coached.
