How: Email the school counselor with the request
When: May 11 - May 15
For What: Elective course request change. This is the FINAL CHANCE to request this kind of change. We will NOT have a process to change electives in the fall. The request is NOT guaranteed. Courses may be full.
How: Email your school counselor who will make the change, if space is available. If the course is full the student will be added to wait list.
When: June 8 - June 12
For What: Core course changes
How: Email your school counselor who will make the change, if space is available. If the course is fill the student will be added to wait list.
When: September 8 - September 25
For What: Core course level up - does not include Dual Enrollment courses
How: Email your school counselor. There may be a form. The change will be considered if space is available.
When: September 28 - October 5
For What: Core course level down
How: The change will be dependent on if space is available. The process will be shared prior to the opening of the window.Â
