The following images illustrates our experiences in Second Life at The Holocaust Museum:
This is the starting point of the museum. Our field trip started in this location and gave a brief overview of the Kristallnacht event.
Our team is walking around the town exploring different artifacts about the event.
We continue walking around the town, learning and discussing our findings in the museum.
There are many information "booths" that will give you some more history about the "Night of Broken Glass."
In the image above, we are in the Newsroom of the museum. In this room we can find find eyewitness accounts of what happened during the two day event.
Here we find ourselves in a small hidden room. These rooms were used by Jews to hide from the Nazi Germans.
The image above displays graffiti written on buildings throughout the town. This one translates to "Jews Get Out!"
Here, we find ourselves outside of the school. Schools were looted and vandalized during this event, leaving students without a safe place to learn.
We can see how this classroom was destroyed by the Nazi Germans. The chalkboard in the front provides us with information about students that were in this school during that time.
This would be the end of the museum. This room shows quotes about a few survivors of this event.
