A full test for Sleep Apnea, called a Polysomnography (PSG), is done in special Test Centers called Sleep Labs. A Polysomnography assesses a patient's Oxygen level, breathing, quality of sleep, heart rate & rhythm and many more things for the entire night. A full test can be done in either One Night or in Two Nights. 

The price varies accordingly:

1. One night Sleep Test = 20,000 Taka

2. Two nights Sleep Test = 30,000 Taka

Sleep Apnea Short test is also called Home Sleep Apnea Test (HSAT) because it is done at the patient's home. It allows the patient to undergo the test in the comfort of their own bed. However, because a portable machine is used, HSAT cannot assess the patient's condition in as much detail as the Full Test (Polysomnography) that is done in a Sleep Lab. There is also no Sleep Tech or Doctor present by the bedside to monitor the test. 

As a result this type of test is less expensive.
