A: After installing the app, create an account and start recording your daily sleep time. The recorded data will be displayed in graphs, allowing you to visually check your sleep patterns.
Q: What should I do if the app crashes?
A: Restart the app. If the issue persists, check whether your device’s operating system is updated to the latest version. If the problem is still not resolved, please contact our support team.
Q: My subscription or data retrieval is not reflected. What should I do?
A: Close the app once and clear your history. Then reopen the app, and the changes should be reflected.
Q: How is profile information used?
A: Your date of birth is used to display the recommended amount of sleep you need. Other information is recorded only when exporting data as CSV. Input is optional.
Q: How can I transfer my data to another device?
A: We recommend using each device’s backup feature to transfer your data. For iPhone, you can back up your data as follows:
Open the Settings app.
Tap [Your Name] and select iCloud.
Select iCloud Backup, then tap “Back Up Now.”
After installing the app on your new device, restore from iCloud to transfer your past sleep data.
Cannot log in: If you forgot your password, click “Forgot Password?” on the login screen to reset it.
Data not syncing: Check your internet connection and make sure the app is updated to the latest version.

Cromo (hereinafter referred to as “the App”) places great importance on user privacy and strives to protect personal information. The collected accelerometer data is used within the app for sleep management, such as automatic sleep tracking, graph visualization, and progress analysis toward sleep goals. This data is not used for any other purpose and is never shared with third parties.
This app may also reference Apple’s HealthKit when necessary to analyze and visualize the user’s sleep-related data.
Data obtained from HealthKit is used solely to help the user better understand their health status and improve sleep habits.
Such data is accessed only with the user’s explicit consent and is never shared with any third parties.
All HealthKit data is securely stored on the user’s device and is not uploaded to any external servers or shared with the developer.
The app does not use HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, or any other unrelated purposes.
Obtaining accelerometer data requires user consent. When the app is first launched, a popup will request permission to access motion data (CoreMotion). Data will only be collected if the user grants permission.
Likewise, when the app accesses HealthKit, it will explicitly request permission from the user before reading or writing any data.
Only the data categories the user approves will be accessed, and access will immediately cease if the user withdraws permission at any time.
Collected advertising tracking information is used for:

The App uses Google AdMob to deliver ads. Google AdMob collects information using the advertising ID to provide more relevant ads to users.
