Homeowner will be provided with a computer-generated rendition, to scale, of new landscape complete with plant schedule, hardscape measurements/materials, as well as an e-file of design. Plans are great for obtaining multiple bids, HOA approvals, phasing long-term projects, installation accuracy, or just for personal reference.
