FAQ

Common questions clients have asked in the past.

Q: Can you design a plan on a budget?

A: Everyone has a budget. One of the great things about getting a design is that it lets you install overtime by taking on sections and revisiting the plan as funds allow. Not only stretching your dollar, but ultimately creating one cohesive landscape.

Q: How do you determine your design fee?

A: Design fees are based by the job, not hourly. Fee is assessed upon initial consultation after reviewing size and scope of project.

Q: Can I install it myself? Are the plans easy to follow?

A: Anyone with a greenthumb and a "don't mind getting dirty" attitude can install their own landscape (obviously depending on the size and scope). The plans themselves are easy to follow and accurately scaled to help with proper plant placement.

Q: My landscape needs a facelift, not a complete overhaul. Is that achievable?

A: Design possibilities are often expanded when working with existing mature plant material. As long as its in the right spot (not too big and encroaching upon other plants, or worse, your house).

Q: Can you design hardcapes? (Patios, Fireplaces, Kitchens, etc.)

A: Yes. Hardscapes are an integral part of landscape design, therfore design, materials and specifications of any hardscapes are included.

Q: Do I have to install everything at once?

A: Absolutely not. The beauty of a plan is to install at you and your dollars own pace, not the landscapers.

Q: How long does the design process take?

A: Depending on the season, the average time between initial consult and finished design is 10 to 14 business days.

Q: Do you have a landscaper to install the plan?

A: We work closely with a select few landscape companies in the area, gladly setting you up with one who would most fit your needs.
