COMMITTEE INFORMATION:

🎃 Trunk or Treat — Friday, October 30, 2026
Help make Trunk or Treat a fun and organized evening for our families! Committee members will help with event setup, coordinate our high school student volunteers, and assist with cleanup. There will also be a brief planning meeting in October.

Time commitment: Planning meeting + approximately 1–2 hours before the event + cleanup.

🎅 Breakfast with Santa — Weekend of December 12-13, 2026
Breakfast with Santa is scheduled for Sunday December 13, 2026.
This is one of our bigger events and takes a little more volunteer involvement. Committee members help bring the event together through setup and decorating, Spirit Wear sales, welcoming and directing families, and coordinating student volunteers. Because setup begins the day before, committee members typically sign up for shifts to help spread out the commitment.

Time commitment: Planning meeting + a setup shift the day before and/or a shift during the event.

📚 Spring Book Fair — Week of March 1, 2027
Help us make the Spring Book Fair a success! Committee members assist with getting the sales area ready, helping families with book purchases, supporting Spirit Wear sales, and wrapping things up with cleanup at the end of the event.

Time commitment: Primarily event-day shifts, with setup and cleanup assistance.

📖 Yearbook
Help capture and preserve the memories of the school year! The Yearbook Committee works throughout the year to help gather photos and information, organize content, and create a yearbook that students and families will enjoy for years to come.

Time commitment: Ongoing throughout the school year, with flexibility depending on the committee role.

💃 Special Persons Dance
Help us create a fun and memorable evening for students and their special guests! Committee members will help with planning, decorating and setup, coordinating Staff and Teacher volunteers, welcoming families, and assisting with activities, snacks, raffle sales, and traffic flow. Cleanup help is also needed at the end of the event.

Time commitment: Planning meeting + setup/event shift + post event cleanup
