Ongoing: Enrollment in 1000 Books Before Kindergarten

June 1-13: Stop in for your "Unearth a Story" brochure and swag bag and/or for your "Digging Into Lehigh Carbon Libraries" Passport (See announcements for how to earn prizes)

June 13-July 18: Summer Reading Incentive Programs for kids ages 5-12 and for toddlers

June 13-August 13: Summer Reading Incentive Programs for Teens and Adults

June 13: 10:30 - 11:30 at LEHIGH GAP NATURE CENTER: Kick-off program from UNEARTH A STORY program (reminder - at LGNC).

June 30: 10 AM - Noon: 4-H Program at the library - "DIG IT! Geology Lab"

July 9: 11 AM - Noon: "HAWK MOUNTAIN'S SIGNATURE RAPTOR PROGRAM" at the library (limited seating - RSVP)

July 16: 11 AM - Noon: DINOSAUR PARTY for all our participants. Bring your brochures!

July 18: 1:45 PM: Drawing for prizes "Unearth a Story" and "Digging Into Lehigh Carbon Libraries"

August 12: 90th Anniversary Celebration

August 13: 2:45 PM: Drawing for Teens and Adults who participated in the Teen and Adult Summer Reading Incentive Program

September 26: 10 AM - 1:30 PM: BASKET SOCIAL at the Slatedale Fire Company.

Events

1st Monday of the month (1 - 2:30 p.m.): Book Club ... Call us to find out this month's book. Meetings are in person and Zoom, your preference. Contact us for more information.

2nd Tuesday of the month (3:00 p.m.): Library Board Meeting. Public is welcome to attend. Start time is subject to change. Changes will be announced.

2nd Saturday of the month (11 a.m.), September through May: Genealogy Group Meeting ... check Nextdoor.com or contact us at 610-767-6461.

3rd Tuesday of the month: Volunteers from APRISE will continue to do Medicare Part D benefit checks...please call the library to schedule an appointment.
