Bookings are taken online through Acuity, a third party booking system which takes payment and stores personal information securely. 

Choose between 25 or 55 minute slots, or purchase our "6 for the price of 5" package for the best value on return visits, for more information look at our booking and package bookings pages. 

For a visit longer than 55 minutes, you can book consecutive slots.

Please book with more than an hour before your desired slot otherwise the booking system may not let the booking complete. When the booking completes, you will be sent a conformation email.

A 25 minute booking is £5 and a 55 minute booking is £9, with no extra charge for additional dogs.

Please let us know if you are planning to bring more than 5 dogs with you for our insurance purposes but there is no additional charge for extra dogs.

For ease of use, bookings are available on our booking system from 5am till 11pm but please let us know if you'd like to visit outside these hours, we are open 24 hours.

One hour before your booking, a code will be sent out automatically by email and by text, although SMS opt-in must be switched on when you book, or the text will not send. Please contact us if you haven't received the code by email an hour before your booking.

Please let us know if you haven't received a conformation email. Check the email address was entered correctly, there is space in your inbox and it hasn't been sent to your "junk" or "spam" folder. If you haven't received a conformation email, the booking may not have completed.

Check your emails first, it may be that SMS opt-in was turned off when you booked but you should still get an email with the code. If neither has arrived and you are within an hour of your slot, please contact us so we can help, calling or texting us on 07807374397 will be the quickest way to get through.

You can still use the remaining time, but the slot is not extended as there may be someone booked in after you. 

Please still leave on time for the next booking.

If you arrive and the field is still in use, please wait in the car. Do not let dogs out in the car park as some of our field users have reactive or aggressive dogs. Please let us know if you have missed any of your booking due to someone else overstaying. 

Yes, the field is exclusive use so no one else can book the same time, there is also a 5 minute buffer period between bookings to try to prevent anyone bumping into each other in the crossover period. 

Yes! The field is fenced the whole way around with professionally installed 6 foot high fencing, we have also added rabbit netting to the bottom of the fence which prevents dogs from digging against the fence and making holes which might've become escape routes. The fence is patrolled daily to check for damage. 

Please note that the car park is not secure, so please only let dogs off the lead once they are in the paddock with the gate shut.

Please cancel with more than 24 hours notice and then contact us as we need to manually refund payments. Bookings can be canceled or rescheduled from your booking conformation email.

Poo bags and a bin are provided, please pick up after your dog(s) to keep the field clean and enjoyable for others.

We are not currently on mains water but have a water container, drinking bowls and in nice weather, a paddling pool.

Of course! But please supervise and don't let children climb the fences or equipment.

There is no lighting so please plan accordingly and bring a torch for early and late walks.

No smoking is permitted in the field or the carpark due to our insurance policy.
