In-app purchases are processed through your Apple ID. Remove Ads is a one-time purchase. It removes ads and opens every world and level for free play. Coins and skins are stored on your device and are not real-money items.
To restore a Remove Ads purchase, open the Shop in the app and tap Restore.
For refunds, contact Apple (for example, reportaproblem.apple.com or your Apple Account purchase history).
