Skyline Rise — Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Skyline Rise (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the mobile game Skyline Rise (the “App”).
By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Who we are
Skyline Rise is a casual arcade game for iOS. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask you for your name, email address, or other contact details inside the App.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information stored on your device
Game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device (for example via Apple’s UserDefaults), including:
scores, levels, coins, unlocked content, and statistics
settings such as sound effects and haptics
purchase entitlement for “Remove Ads” and related restore status
This data stays on your device unless you back up the device, restore purchases through Apple, or use optional Apple services described below. Deleting the App typically deletes this local data.
2.2 Information we do not collect ourselves
We do not collect:
name, postal address, phone number, or email inside the App
photos, contacts, precise location, health data, or microphone/camera content
payment card numbers (purchases are processed by Apple)
2.3 Diagnostics, analytics, and product interaction
If Firebase is configured in the App, we use Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to collect:
crash logs and diagnostics
performance and app-functionality data
product interaction events (for example screen views, level start/end, scores, coin earnings, share actions, ad impressions, rewarded-ad completions, daily-reward claims, and in-app purchase events)
coarse user properties such as whether ads are removed, games played, and high score
This information is used to operate, debug, and improve the App. It is not used by us to identify you as a named individual.
2.4 Advertising and device identifiers
If you have not purchased Remove Ads, the App shows ads from Google AdMob (banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded ads).
Depending on your device settings and your choice in Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt, advertising partners may collect:
device identifiers (including IDFA, if you allow tracking)
advertising data (impressions, clicks, and related measurement)
approximate technical data needed to serve ads (for example device type, OS version, IP address as processed by ad networks)
The App may request permission with this purpose: “This identifier is used to show you more relevant ads and to measure how ads perform.”
If you deny tracking, you may still see ads, but they are typically less personalized. Apple’s SKAdNetwork may still be used for privacy-preserving ad attribution.
2.5 In-app purchases
Purchases (including Remove Ads) are processed by Apple through StoreKit / the App Store. We receive purchase status (for example product identifiers and restore results) so we can unlock features. Apple’s privacy policy governs payment processing.
2.6 Optional Apple Game Center
If Game Center is enabled on your device and used with the App, Apple may process Game Center nicknames, scores, and achievements under Apple’s terms and privacy policy. Local high scores may also be stored on device.
2.7 Sharing from the App
If you use Share, the system share sheet may send content you choose (for example a score message) to an app you pick. We do not operate those destination services.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
provide gameplay, save progress, and restore purchases
show ads or honor Remove Ads
measure ads and app performance
diagnose crashes and improve stability
understand feature usage (levels, coins, shop, rewards)
comply with law and protect against abuse or fraud
4. Tracking
The App engages in “tracking” as defined by Apple when you allow App Tracking Transparency: device identifiers and advertising data may be used by third-party advertising partners to show personalized ads and measure campaigns across apps and websites.
You can change this later in iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share data only as needed with:
Google (AdMob / Firebase) — advertising, analytics, and crash reporting
Apple — App Store, StoreKit, Game Center (if used), SKAdNetwork, and operating-system services
service providers who help us operate the App, under appropriate obligations
authorities if required by law
Third parties process data under their own policies, including:
6. Retention
Local game data remains on your device until you delete the App or clear device data.
Analytics and crash data are retained by Google according to Firebase settings and Google’s policies.
Ad data is retained by Google and participating ad networks according to their policies.
7. Security
We use industry-standard protections appropriate for a consumer game, including HTTPS for network traffic. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
8. Children
Skyline Rise is a general-audience arcade game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country) for our own use. We do not ask children to provide contact details.
Parents and guardians can disable personalized advertising and tracking in device settings, and can use Remove Ads to hide third-party ads. If you believe we have collected information from a child in a way that is not permitted, contact us and we will delete it where we can.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live (including the EEA, UK, and certain U.S. states), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
You can also:
deny or withdraw tracking permission in iOS Settings
reset the Advertising Identifier in iOS Settings
limit ad tracking / personalized ads in Apple and Google account settings
purchase Remove Ads to stop our display of AdMob ads in the App
delete the App to remove local progress
opt out of certain Google ads personalization via Google’s tools
Because most identifiers are held by Apple and Google, some requests must be made to those companies.
10. International transfers
Our service providers (including Google and Apple) may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, they use appropriate transfer mechanisms.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy. The “Effective date” will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
