Skyline Rise — Terms of Service
Effective date: August 15, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your download and use of the mobile game Skyline Rise (the “App”). In these Terms, Skyline Rise is “we,” “us,” and “our.”
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The App
Skyline Rise is a casual arcade game in which you place floors to build a skyline. Features may include levels and worlds, coins, unlockable skins, daily rewards, optional ads, optional rewarded ads, in-app purchases, haptics, sharing, and optional Apple Game Center features.
We may change, add, or remove features, content, difficulty, rewards, or availability at any time.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your country. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with a parent or guardian’s permission, and they agree to these Terms on your behalf.
The App is a general-audience game. It is not intended as a service directed to children under 13 for the purpose of collecting personal information.
3. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, in line with Apple’s App Store rules and these Terms.
You may not:
copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where the law allows
cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized automation, or interfere with the App
remove copyright, trademark, or other notices
use the App for any illegal purpose
rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App without our written permission
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us and our licensors.
4. Apple App Store
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement and App Store terms also apply. If these Terms conflict with Apple’s standard EULA on a point Apple requires, Apple’s terms control for that point.
Apple is not responsible for the App, for support, or for any claims relating to the App (including product liability, legal or regulatory claims, consumer protection, or intellectual-property claims). You and we acknowledge that Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
Purchases, refunds, billing, and Apple ID issues are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms.
5. Virtual items and coins
Coins, skins, unlocks, streaks, and similar items in the App are virtual and have no real-world cash value. They are licensed to you, not sold. We may change, reset, or remove virtual items as needed for gameplay, balance, or technical reasons.
Virtual items are generally lost if you delete the App, change devices without a backup or restore, or lose access to your Apple ID, except where Apple restore of a qualifying purchase still applies.
6. In-app purchases
The App may offer paid products through Apple, currently including Remove Ads (which also unlocks worlds and levels for free play as described in the App). Prices are shown by Apple in your local store.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. You confirm purchases through Apple’s purchase flow. We do not receive your payment card details.
Remove Ads is a non-consumable unlock processed by Apple. You can use Restore in the Shop to restore eligible purchases on devices signed in with the same Apple ID.
Subscriptions: the App does not currently sell auto-renewing subscriptions. If we add them later, we will describe duration, price, and renewal in the App and on the App Store product page.
Refunds are decided by Apple under Apple’s refund policies. Contact Apple for billing refunds. For gameplay questions, contact us at the email below.
7. Ads
If you have not purchased Remove Ads, the App may show third-party ads (including banners, interstitials, and optional rewarded ads). Ads are provided by Google AdMob and other advertising partners. Their content and practices are their responsibility.
You may be asked for Apple App Tracking Transparency permission so ads can be personalized. You can refuse. You may still see ads that are less personalized.
8. Game Center and sharing
If you use Apple Game Center, Apple’s terms apply to scores, nicknames, and achievements.
If you use Share, you are responsible for the message you send and for the destination app you choose.
9. Progress and availability
Progress and settings are stored primarily on your device. We do not guarantee that progress will never be lost. Keep a device backup if you care about local data.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The App may be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, device OS changes, network issues, or third-party outages (including Apple, Google ads, or analytics).
10. Intellectual property
The App, including its name, artwork, audio, code, characters, buildings, and related materials, is owned by Skyline Rise or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You do not acquire any ownership by using the App or buying virtual items.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will meet your expectations, that scores or rewards will remain unchanged, or that ads, purchases, or third-party services will always work.
Some places do not allow certain warranty disclaimers. In those places, the disclaimer applies only to the extent allowed.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skyline Rise and our affiliates, licensors, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost progress, even if we were advised of the possibility.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of the App or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us (through Apple) for the App or in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $10.
These limits do not affect liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, where such limits are not allowed.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Skyline Rise against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the App. License rights end on termination. Sections that should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and this survival clause) remain in effect.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The “Effective date” will change when we do. If you continue to use the App after an update, you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, delete the App.
16. General
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Skyline Rise about the App, together with the Privacy Policy and any Apple terms that apply.
If a court finds a provision unenforceable, the rest still applies.
We may not have failed to enforce a right if we delay in enforcing it.
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a sale, merger, or reorganization.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to your use of the App Store in your country, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your residence apply and cannot be waived.
