SCCS organization was founded by a group of parents and children with cancer in 1999 and registered as a non-governmental organization in November 2001.
SCCS organization has provided several services to the childhood cancer patient and their families such as provided counselling to the patient, the medical team will visit childhood cancer patient in their home and assess the physical, emotional, and financial needs.
SCCS organization provided free accommodation with a fully equipped and transportation for outstation patients receiving treatment in Kuching.
SCCS organization experienced a hard time to provide more support and help to the cancer patient due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the donation to-date of May 2020 has dropped to by 80% than usual.
As an organizer in the event, we need to think completely from the dimension of M and W Tea Enterprise and Sarawak Children’s Cancer Society to implement the E-Service Based Learning. From that, we can maximize the benefit or welfare for the both parties. The specific objectives will be stated below:
To increase the profit of the business of M and W Tea Enterprise.
To increase the awareness of the presence of M and W Tea Enterprise brand through social media among the local people.
To hold fund raising for the SCCS to overcome the COVID-19 pandemic.
During the online discussion by using WhatsApp application, there are 6 representatives of 3 groups which indicate 4 persons from Sky Limit Consultant, and each one person from M and W Tea Enterprise and Sarawak Children's Cancer Society. The result of the meeting has come out with positive vibes because both parties have agreed with the idea of "Purchase for Donation". Below is the details of the event:

Poor internet connection faced by some team members, so they cannot perform well in meetings.
The process of delivering message is hard because some team members did not understand well on the idea proposed of “Purchase for Donation”.
The owner of M and W Tea Enterprise and the person in charge of SCCS have asked Sky Limit Consultant to change the poster design several times because it does not deliver the message clearly.
