Yes, as long as the notary and signer both understand the language and the document is complete. However, I cannot translate documents or notarize a blank or incomplete form.

🔹 Can you come to my home or office?

Yes! I’m a mobile notary and can travel to homes, offices, hospitals, nursing homes, and other agreed-upon locations.

🔹 How much do notary services cost?

Pennsylvania sets maximum notary fees by law:

Not typically — Pennsylvania does not require notarization of a will, but it may require witnesses. A living will or advance directive can be notarized, especially when required by a healthcare provider.

Yes — I can act as an authorized representative for employers needing to complete remote I-9 verifications.
