SkyGroup

SkyGroup also SkyExpress is the Parent Company of SkyExpress and Subsidiaries.

SkyGroup was established 11th May by Max Kownatzki and Ahmet Fevzi. Formerly the Airline and Group went through two rebrands. More about this is available in the Company History part.

Chairmen

Mr. Max Kownatzki

Chairman since 27th May 2024. Founder of Turkish Airlines PTFS which later merged with another Turkish Airlines and formed Nova Air which is now SkyExpress.

Mr. Ahmet Fevzi

Joined 4th December 2024. Mr. Ahmet Fevzi was the CEO when the merge with Turkish Airlines PTFS was done. He stayed CEO until NovaAir was established 1st January 2025. at NovaAir he was Vice-Chairman until complications happened with the 2nd Chairman at that time and he was promoted to be the new 2nd Chairman to this day.

Board of Directors

Mr. Khan Bilgin

Mr. Khan Bilgin joined 6th December 2024. He was first a Cabin Crew member but worked his way up to the Board of Directors. Now Mr. Khan Bilgin is the Affiliate Executive Officer and handles all communication with Affiliates.

Mr. Mehmet Güneş

Mr. Mehmet Güneş joined 24th March and is the Board of Directors Manager.

Mr. Felix Markham

Mr. Felix Markham joined 19th March. He was first a developer and now part of the Board of Directors.
