Regulations

1. Respect

Respect is number one. Respect everyone, no matter what their Religion, Skin Colour, Nationality or other Aspects is. Passengers that do not comply with these will face consequences. This rule is also for communication with Staff. Do not discrespect staff.

2. Inflight Regulations

You are required to follow crew instructions and announcements. You are required to board the aircraft as quickly as possible based on the situation, for example if boarding is via bus enter the bus and do not leave the bus area. You are not allowed to use exploits or "tricks" to enter restricted areas or systems, if you find a glitch or something that has not been locked please report immediately. If you are catched not following the regulations you will face consequences that can go up to a operational blacklist.

3. Follow Roblox and Discord ToS

You are required to follow the Roblox and Discord ToS.

4. Age Regulation

You are not allowed to be a member of the Discord Server at all if you are under 13 years old. Discord is legally allowed at the Age of 13 with the consent of Parents. However we can not control the Age of Passengers and are not responsible for that. Our server is friendly for all Ages but Passengers under 13 are not allowed to be in the server of SkyExpress. However Passengers may invite friends or others to join a flight on Roblox as Roblox does not have a age restriction, Discord is not allowed.

5. Adult Content and Links

You are not allowed to post any advertisement links at all. If you want to invite someone do it by Direct Messaging them with their consent. Links such as Youtube links or other Social Media Platforms are okay. Links that contain documents and files such as Google Drive links are not permitted too as they may include Viruses etc. NFSW and Adult Content Links, Images and Videos no matter which form are completely forbidden and will result in consequences. Passengers with NFSW Profile Pictures, Innapropriate Names or Bot accounts that advertise Gambling sites will be banned aswell! However, we will mute Passengers that have been hacked so they can contact us using SkyExpress Helpdesk once they have recovered their account.
