One of my favourites as it's quite compelling. Unsure as to where or when ... but the group of people talking over each other about how the orbs drop down from the first one and then disperse gives me the sense that this actually happened as filmed.

I'd consider this feasible, but unlikely to have have occurred as presented. Sadly.
The lack of panic from the witnesses surprised me. Perhaps this has already lasted a couple of hours, and they're normalised to the event. And aren't the pyramids in sight from the suburbs of Cairo? It's not like the pyramids are isolated and this could be an event hidden from public eyes.
