All students ,faculties and employees of the college entitled for membership of library.

Students can borrow maximum 4-5 books for one week only.

Faculty can borrow maximum 50 books for one year period only.

Students & Faculty can borrow magazines & Journals ( Back Issues).

Late Return Fine Policy      (For Students & EX Students)

1 to 7 Days- No Fine 

8 to 13 Days- 0.50 Rupees/Day

14 to 264 Days- 1 Rupees/Day

265 to above - 2 Rupees/Day

Book Issue Return Timings ( For staff and Students & Ex Students)

From Monday to Saturday -  8 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.

On Saturday- 8 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. 

Book bank facility is provided to students. Library provides two types of Book Bank to students first one is for needy & economically weak students and second is for Sc/ST/NT/DT students.

Books issued under Book-Bank scheme must be return after Examination

The Library Provides assistance to users in finding specific information required by a user from books or internet.

Library displays the news clipping of important articles,Competitive Exam. advertisement, employment advertisements,information of courses on notice board. 

The Library provides past years question papers for both Students & Faculty. Previous Question papers are available on website as well as physically in library.  

Web OPAC facility is available in library. It helps the user to retrieve the reading material by author,title,subject,classification number.The OPAC provides information about the status of the reading material also. OPAC is also available on Library App.  

All the library activities including Acquisition ,catloguing,circulation,serial control,stock verification is automated by using Vidyasagar Software.

Vidyasagr Library android app with horse power capacity to search any book in library . This app also gioves information about books taken by user , its return date and due charges if any. Library app is available on play store for download.

Reading room is kept open by 8 hours a day.Total seating capacity of reading room is 100 seats.

Reading Room Timing  ( For Staff, Students and Ex Students)

Monday to Friday - 7.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. 

On Saturday- 7.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. 

Reference service is the process of establishing contact between a reader and his documents in a personal way. Reference service is provided by the library that helps the library patron to get access to the information that they needed. Library provide library user with direction to the library materials, give advice on library collections and services on various kind of information form variety of sources.  

The library uses bar-code technology for computerized circulation system ,library usage records(Library attendance) and stock verification. 

Books & periodicals newly received in the library are displayed for one week in the new arrival section . List of latest 100 arrived books is also available on web OPAC.& Library App.

Four computers with internet and one printer for students & Staff is available in library. Wi-fi facility is available only for faculty.

By Inter library loan and resource sharing facility the library arranges to procure books and journals from other library.

Access to E-Journals & E- Books through N-LIST.

Institutional repository provides access to previous years question papers.

Digital library provides access to many free online resources.

Institutional repository provides access to Ph.D. Theses,research projects and Research Papers of our college faculty.
