A. Development of bio-responsive targeted nanoparticles
We engineer nanoparticles that respond to the disease microenvironment, enabling highly selective drug delivery and controlled release for enhanced therapeutic efficacy.
B. Reprogramming the tumor microenvironment
We investigate strategies to reprogram the tumor microenvironment (TME) to overcome drug resistance, enhance immunotherapy responses, and suppress cancer progression. By targeting key tumor-promoting features of the TME—such as transforming immunosuppressive M2 macrophages into anti-tumorigenic M1 macrophages or activating cytotoxic T cell or natural killer cells (NK) cells —we aim to shift the TME into a state that favors effective cancer treatment.
C. Development of antibody drug conjugates
Our team designs and develops novel ADCs that combine targeting specificity of antibodies with the potent activity of small-molecule drugs for precise cancer therapy
D. Development of Immune-Modulating Nanosystems
We design nanoscale platforms- both single-targeted and bispecific, that modulates the immune response to enhance antitumoral immunity and treat inflammatory diseases
