We are looking for strongly self-motivated and enthusiastic PhD/MS candidates and postdoc researchers with relevant background and experience in the following areas:
Generally, computational systems and synthetic biotechnology
Specifically, deep learning based big data analysis for biotherapeutical applications and biomanufacturing processes;
Gut, skin, oral, soil, and food microbiome and (synthetic-)microbial community modeling for health, environment, biotechnological and cosmetic applications

Undergraduate researchers Seongho Moon, Seojin Oh and Yunsung Park conducted a Convergence Research Project titled “Digital Twin of a Microbial Food Waste Decomposer” under the supervision of Prof. Dong-Yup Lee. In recognition of their outstanding achievements, they received both the President’s Award and the Best Challenger Award. Congratulations!
