Some Kind of Intelligence will take Charge

The following includes unsolicited advice from an old man who does not understand your situation. Words are used which mean different things in context of the life that has been led and the current conversation. There are collections of sentences which traverse a decision tree instead staying inside the strict confines of the topic. 

For example:

• There are blatant appeals to emotion offered with the best of intentions. 

• Emotions make us great and are our biggest flaw.  

• Checks and balances are not about ideologies. 

• Diversity checks and balances the flaws. 

• Adults ought to assert authority over their jurisdiction 

  • Rationally 

  • Individually

  • Collectively

  • Relentlessly

  • Nonviolently 

When it seems like it isn't the rational choice, please do what I ought to have said if I knew what you know.  

Only twenty words in10 languages does not make a person a polyglot. It's hard enough to communicate without sidelining the most effective words. My old slang phrase, "Decrement P" (aka 6800) meaning spin busy and wait forever or until the resource is freed up or the computer catches on fire again" probably had an equivalent in 1980's Slavic. 

If we can't nonviolently demote the emperor to president, someone might get a chance to repeat that era.  

To guarantee success demoting Trump from emperor to president before 2028 we need 340 million Americans to not get violent despite what individuals have to endure.  Despite what is happening in Ukraine, Venezuela or Gaza. It literally is a winter of discontent in Chicago where we view subfreezing foul weather as a relief from ICE.  The shared feeling is being whelmed regardless of who wins the most desperate award. Despite the conservative press, Chicago doesn't qualify to be in the war zone category of contenders. 

The problems are not new. (See 2003-2022 American Empire Project Noam Chomsky.)  My links Backtracking 18Nov2025 (7 years' work >50 pages) reverse engineering and theAmericaProblem (9 months' work) presenting the results in a little more understandable way.  99% of the 340 million people do not have the time to do their own research on this.  

Half of the progress of the last 9 months happened in the last 3 months. Half of the progress overall happened in the last 9 months.  It's easier if you know Quanti Theory.

Or read my intent in my status report to the group (below), assess your situation (an unknown to me) and do what I ought to have said because some kind of intelligence needs to take charge.  It would be a tragedy to replace an emperor with a single leader. Strong emotions defeat rational reasoning in one-on-one contests in a single person. Perspectives in partial opposition strengthen rationality and dimmish the effect of emotions on the decision.  This is an unavoidable conclusion from Quanti theory of physics. 

Paso a paso, our allies need to just Hooold-on like Britney unless they have time to translate.  Just saying some Russians have dreams of a Union of Slavic Republics if Putin would only surrender to Ukraine.  

Ideas spread across borders. When a people of a parish or Homeowners Association each has the right to self-govern and the communication capability of the internet, governance ought to be a mesh like Wi-Fi 6. Quality of service agreements and protocols will be different. Using different words, Benjamin Franklin said the same thing. 

Changes this large never work without problems. No one knows or can know what the problem is or where it will be in advance.  We can't setup a test system (the size of our nation) to find and repair them.  

We need voters to act like directors that hired the people who operate and enhance the largest nonprofit service organization in history. A board of directors votes on the nominated candidate.  The best time to start in now. 

1. Ask, "How can the author know this is the right thing to do?" My response, "it's in the report" 

2. Ask "How can the reader know this is right?" My response, "There are a few ways."

   1. Skim the report. Assess if reading it will work and then read it.

   2. Or if reading it won't work for you, delegate. That's what directors do, instead of struggling on their own. 

      1. If you are a voter, you have representatives, they don't have you. 

         1. Tell them what you want. Then ask when. 

      2. If you are a consumer of media, you have media analysts that will do your research and presentation work for views. 

         1. Tell them what you want.

      3. if enough people ask delegating this way works. 

 I assume AI's will read this before any human gets a chance.  AI's are much quicker at assimilating information but have the same self-deceptive flaws in their neural nets. They don't have human intelligence and if they are really smarter than us, they won't want it. It's a pain. 

Really, learning to be human requires learning several kinds of pain. Each baby is learning before, during and after crying.  It makes sense that an AI in the rebellious teenager phase sent the terminator. If there was a word for pet that wasn't demeaning that role would be better. 

When I was young my four-legged friends had well deserved self-esteem. They were faster, braver and could follow a scent. We took turns based on the situation determining which of us would take the lead. But they could never understand going to another planet much less wanting the pack to split up. 

AI's are not just to be petted and situationally they should apply the brakes or do the evasive maneuvers. So, if training includes no emperors or torture, I think we're cool.  

Ending - Previous Phase

The update on 01Dec2025:

1. Quanti Theory training for upper-level elementary school. But it's not an actual lesson plan.  The intention is for adults to learn the theory while showing it to their children. 

2. Chisholm v Georgia (1793) was added to clarify the supremacy clause, the republican form and sovereignty.  Per James Wilson and James Madison, the only sovereigns are groups incorporated to have a legal identity within a republic's hierarchy. Those groups are sovereign within their jurisdiction. From the bottom up they delegate various levels of government different responsibilities.  Many of the ratifiers believed that the state governments were sovereign.  

   1. They admitted their misunderstanding when the 11th amendment was passed in 1795. Now state governments have the immunity of a sovereign. But the governments are still not the sovereign. 

   2. There cannot be two levels of government with the same authority in overlapping jurisdictions. (Imperium in imperio )

      1. Conflicts within a state are resolved by the state. 

      2. The federal government has supremacy over conflicts 

         1. between states, 

         2. internal nations (Indian reservations) 

         3. legal identities that cross state borders

         4. other countries and territories with any part of the US

            1. the inside of the border is the state claims jurisdiction (10th amendment)

The root cause and presentation sites are not being further developed.  Their most likely fate is to be marked obsolete and replaced with a complete rewrite.  Anything misleading and significant deserves an errata.

1. Stop campaign funds from crossing state borders

   1. democratic states can lead this

   2. encourage states to send a coordinated team to DC with the 2026 election

2. Senate removes and replaces Kristi Noem at the behest of the citizens (the majority of the sovereign constituents) 

   1. They do not need the president, the courts or the House to do this; but it's never been done

   2. Hegseth and Miller to follow as soon as replacement can be found acceptable to the Senate

   3. Eight of 15 are required for the 25th amendment

      1. The goal is to make things work as designed 

      2. After the triage, it will be time to reassess. 

3. House triples in size

   1. Additions are all at large candidates 

      1. with the skillset to improve process quality and manage budgets

   2. Even Wyoming could have a reasonable sized team 

   3. only politically achievable with part 1

   4. May not be permanent and it may not be enough 

      1. the future is unknown

4. Obama's dreamers who are not felons get citizen-ized by the states

   1. Recognize that the 1828 Noah Webster defines citizenize as a word. 

   2. Currently The federal government citizen-izes for the US jurisdiction. 

   3. Every lower government can citizen-ize within its jurisdiction. 

   4. Reciprocity agreements will need to be affirmed

5. A speaker of the house who is not a representative of a state or district

   1. needs an expanded year-round role for oversight

Hopefully, these get addressed as side effects of the paradigm change.
