Research in the lab is focused on  the effects of microorganisms on the skin on various skin diseases through computer analysis methods. 

Unlike the gut microbiome, which has been studied a lot so far, the effect of the skin microbiome has not been revealed much. We are interested in uncovering the structural network of microorganisms for the skin microbiome and understanding the mechanisms that affect the skin through microbial transformation.
