You may request deletion of your SkinMama account by following any of the methods below. Please note that account deletion is permanent and irreversible once processed.

3. Submit a Request/Ticket
• If there is an option for “Request Account Deletion,” choose it and follow the on-screen instructions.

3. Important Notes
• Irreversible Action: Once your account deletion is processed, all associated data (including photos, face data, and personal details) will be permanently removed from our active databases and cannot be retrieved.
• Processing Time: Please allow up to 3 business days for the deletion process to complete. We may retain certain data if required by law or legitimate business interests (see “Data Retention” below).
• Backup Any Necessary Data: We recommend downloading or saving any important information (for example, skincare progress photos, personalized recommendations) before you submit your deletion request.
• Confirmation Emails: Monitor your inbox (including spam/junk folders) for correspondence about your account deletion request.

In accordance with our Privacy Policy, SkinMama retains user data only as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in our policy or as required by law.
