SkillSwap is a community-driven website where people with Autism Spectrum Disorder can share their hobbies and skills through pre-recorded videos on our YouTube channel, called SkillSwap.
The Video Approval Form includes where we will ask for parental consent if the participant is under 18. Here’s how the Video Approval Form works:
The participant will fill out basic information.
If the participant is under 18, a parent or guardian will be required to fill out and submit a Parental Consent form.
The participant will be required to fill out a Code of Conduct form.
Once the parent or guardian and the participant sign the forms and submit the Video Approval Form, we will get back to the participant with an email letting them know that their idea has been approved.
The participant can then submit videos for review once a form is sent back to you via the email you included in the form.
Our platform features privacy controls and moderation practices to safeguard the privacy and well-being of every participant.
Parental consent is required for all users under 18
