Users must not import, reproduce, or distribute copyrighted images, artwork, or other protected materials without permission from the copyright owner.
Users are responsible for ensuring that any images they import into the app do not violate the privacy or rights of others. Do not use or share content containing confidential or personal information without proper authorization.
You are solely responsible for the content you create, import, edit, or share using Coloring Book Maker - Sketchy. We are not responsible for any misuse of the app or violations of applicable laws.
By using the app, you agree to indemnify and hold Appstrome Edit harmless from any legal claims arising from your use of the application or your violation of these Terms.
Coloring Book Maker - Sketchy offers the following optional auto-renewable subscription:
Weekly Premium Subscription – $9.99 per week (auto-renewable)
Subscription terms:
Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
We may change subscription pricing from time to time. Any pricing changes will take effect only after notice has been provided through the applicable app store. Continued use of the subscription after the new pricing becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated price.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
For purchases made through:
Apple App Store: Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple.
Google Play Store: Refund requests must be submitted through Google Play or as permitted by Google's refund policies.
We may occasionally offer free trial subscriptions.
If you begin a free trial and do not cancel before it ends, your account will automatically be charged for the selected subscription.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time.
The app may include optional premium features available through in-app purchases.
Purchases are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Purchases cannot be canceled once processing has started.
Digital purchases are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered only where permitted by the applicable app store or local law, including situations such as:
Duplicate or accidental purchases.
Technical issues that prevent access to purchased features.
Other circumstances required by applicable law.
Refunds are generally not provided for partially used or unused subscription periods. Users are responsible for managing their subscription before renewal.
