Welcome to Coloring Book Maker - Sketchy, referred to in this Privacy Policy as “Sketchy,” the “Application,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
Sketchy is provided by Appstrome Edit. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Application processes, how it is used, which service providers may receive it, where it is stored, how long it is retained, and how users can request assistance or deletion.
To operate and improve Sketchy, we may process limited technical and usage information, including:
App launches and feature interactions
Device type and operating-system version
App version and performance information
Crash reports and diagnostic information
Anonymous or pseudonymous device identifiers
Subscription status and purchase-related identifiers
This information helps us maintain app functionality, understand feature performance, diagnose technical problems, prevent misuse, and improve the user experience.
Sketchy allows users to select an existing photo or capture a new photo to create coloring pages, sketches, and other artistic transformations.
Selected photos may contain people, children, pets, objects, scenery, or other user-provided content. A photo is processed only after the user selects or captures it and requests an artistic transformation.
Sketchy does not require users to create an account. We do not ask users to provide their name, email address, physical address, or telephone number to use the main artistic-generation features.
A photo selected or captured by a user may contain a human face. Sketchy processes the complete selected image only.
Sketchy does not extract, calculate, collect, or create:
Facial landmarks
Face meshes
Facial coordinates
Face geometry
Faceprints
Biometric identifiers
Facial-recognition templates
Identity profiles
Sketchy does not use facial-recognition technology and does not attempt to identify or authenticate any person shown in a photo.
The complete selected photo is used solely to create the coloring page, sketch, or artistic transformation requested by the user.
The photo is securely transmitted to Google Firebase AI Logic and the Google Gemini API. Google processes the image to generate the requested artistic result, which is then returned to the user’s device.
Photos and face data are not used by Appstrome Edit for:
Facial recognition or identification
Authentication or identity verification
Advertising or marketing
Analytics
User tracking
Building user profiles
Selling or licensing personal information
Training our own artificial-intelligence models
Any purpose unrelated to producing the requested artwork
The selected photo is transferred only to Google Firebase AI Logic and the Google Gemini API as our AI-processing service provider.
Photos and face data are not transferred to:
Advertising networks
Analytics providers
Data brokers
Information resellers
Social-media platforms
Other unrelated third parties
Appstrome Edit does not sell, rent, trade, or license photos or face data.
Google processes submitted images according to its applicable service terms and privacy protections. We use Google’s paid API services, under which Google states that submitted prompts, files, images, and responses are not used to improve its products.

Appstrome Edit does not permanently store selected photos or face data in its own databases or servers.
Our remote retention period for photos and face data is zero days. Developer-accessible AI prompt and response logging is disabled. The selected image is held only for the time necessary to complete the requested generation and is removed from our active processing flow after the generated result is returned.
Google may retain limited temporary security logs where necessary to detect abuse, maintain service security, or comply with legal requirements under its applicable API terms. Appstrome Edit does not use these security logs for advertising, marketing, analytics, profiling, or model training.
The original selected photo remains in the user’s device photo library and under the user’s control.
Generated artwork and creation history may be stored locally on the user’s device. Locally stored content remains on the device until the user:
Deletes it through the Application
Deletes it from the device photo library
Clears the Application’s local data
Removes the Application from the device
Users can prevent future photo processing by not selecting or capturing additional photos.
Sketchy may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions, including a Weekly Premium Subscription, that unlock premium features.
Subscription purchases are securely processed by Apple through the App Store and the user’s Apple ID. Appstrome Edit does not receive or store payment-card or bank-account information.
We may receive limited purchase information, including:

Transaction identifier
Subscription expiration or renewal status
