How do I unlock color drawing?
Tap the color lock icon on any project. This opens SketchLab Pro, a one-time $4.99 purchase that unlocks full color sketching on every photo, forever — no subscription.

I already paid for Pro but it's not unlocked. What do I do?
Open the same color unlock prompt (tap the color lock icon on your project) and choose "Restore Purchases." This restores any purchase tied to your Apple ID at no additional charge. If it still doesn't unlock, email us with the Apple ID/email used for the purchase and we'll help sort it out.

How does SketchLab turn my photo into a drawing?
When you select a photo, SketchLab automatically converts it into a clean outline you can trace stroke by stroke, then guides you through adding color one layer at a time.

Can I draw anything other than tracing the outline?
Yes. The canvas is a full drawing tool — pen, fountain pen, two pencil styles, marker, highlighter, paint bucket, and eraser are all available any time, whether you're tracing a guided sketch or drawing freehand.

Does the live camera tracing feature cost anything?
No, live camera tracing is included for free.

How do I save or download my finished drawing?
Your project saves automatically as you work. To save the image itself, use the download option to export your sketch or finished canvas straight to your Photos app — this is free with no limits.

I found a bug or the app crashed. What should I do?
Email us at [sketchlabsupport@gmail.com] with a short description of what happened and, if possible, what device and iOS version you're using. This helps us fix it quickly.
