These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SketchCoach mobile application ("the App"), provided by Ashby Babu ("we", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
SketchCoach lets you submit a sketch and a reference image and receive AI-generated feedback intended to help you improve your drawing. Feedback is produced by an automated AI model.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You sign in using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Keep your device and Apple ID secure.
Feedback in the App is generated automatically by an AI model and is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, or subjective, and it is not professional artistic, educational, medical, or other professional advice. You are responsible for how you use the feedback. We do not guarantee any particular result or improvement.
Credits: Analyses consume credits. New accounts receive a limited number of free credits. Additional credits may be obtained by purchasing a credit pack or by subscribing.
Subscriptions (SketchCoach Pro): A subscription grants a monthly allotment of analysis credits. These subscription credits are tied to your active subscription and behave as follows:
• They are granted for the current billing period only and do not roll over. At each renewal your subscription credits reset to the monthly allotment — any unused subscription credits from the previous period are forfeited (for example, if you have 25 unused credits at renewal, you do not keep them on top of the new allotment; your balance is reset, not added to).
• If you cancel, or your subscription expires or lapses for any reason, your remaining subscription credits are removed (reset to 0). Subscription credits are a benefit of an active subscription and are not retained once the subscription ends.
Separately purchased credit packs are not subscription credits. They do not reset, do not expire at renewal, and remain in your account until used — including after a subscription is cancelled.
Billing: All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You will be charged through your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Managing and cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting your SketchCoach account does not cancel your subscription — you must cancel it through Apple.
Refunds: Purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. We do not separately process payments and generally cannot issue refunds directly; refund requests must be made to Apple.
No cash value. Credits have no monetary value, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
You agree not to:
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the right to submit.
• Attempt to access, probe, or interfere with the App's backend, security, or other users' data.
• Reverse engineer, abuse, automate, or circumvent the App's limits, credits, or app-integrity protections.
• Use the App to violate any applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
You retain ownership of the sketches and images you submit. You grant us a limited license to process your submitted images solely to provide the analysis feature (including transmitting them to our AI processing provider). We do not store your submitted images on our servers after processing.
The App, its design, and its underlying software are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the App other than the limited right to use it.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that feedback will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us (through Apple) in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account from within the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required to do so. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the provider resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
