Throughout history, philosophers, legal experts, artists, statesmen, and many others have recognized the important role that the family plays in society.
Strong families, therefore, produce strong communities. Too often, unfortunately, bad public policy decisions can erode the authority and foundation of families.
That is why Kansas Policy Institute and The Policy Circle are proud to team up to present: The Case for Free Range Parenting, by Lenore Skenazy. Lenore will lead a hilarious and thoughtful discussion about the role of families in society, why parents don't have to worry as much as the so-called "experts" want you to believe, and how raising independent kids can help transform society for the better.
