Crossing Bridges is the research series started by SKEMA KTO (Knowledge, Technology, and Organization) Research Centre in 2022. The series consists in annual events organized in the spring on the SKEMA campus in Suresnes, with the purpose to create a dialogue between disciplines by displaying research that “crosses bridges” between strategy, innovation, entrepreneurship, and organizational behavior.
This edition of the event is a 1-day workshop titled “New Horizons for Behavioral Strategy”. The event will take place on April 22, 2024.
The event aims to bring together scholars broadly interested in research on behavioral strategy from multiple perspectives. The program will include three paper sessions, addressing topics related to organizational design, computational methods, learning, and collaborative efforts. The program will also include a keynote address by Nicolai Foss (CBS) a final panel discussion with an open Q&A session on current challenges and future research directions.
The total number of attendees will be limited to allow for interactive discussions. The event is open to all interested scholars on a first-come first-served basis. A fraction of the available spots will be reserved for doctoral and post-doctoral researchers who have a specific interest in the topics of the workshop.
