By 2025, the youth sector in the community are holistically empowered and equipped with pertinent skills, values, and knowledge that would aid them in actively engaging in the programs, services, and activities by the Sangguniang Kabataan that is anchored on the 10 Centers of Participation.

The Sangguniang Kabataan shall educate, empower, and encourage every Dalipiteño youth towards active participation in nation-building by providing participatory community-based developmental programs focused on sports and youth development, and protection of the environment.
