Transparency and accountability are part of the core values of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Brgy. Dalipit West that are integral to the progress and development of the community. As commitment to this, the Sangguniang Kabataan ensures that every information is available to the people whom they serve. 

Hence, in compliance to DILG MC No. 2023-068, SK Dalipit West launches its first-ever Digital Transparency Hub, along with the Physical Full Disclosure Policy Board at the Barangay Session Hall. Through this, the council embraces openness and responsibility for their decisions, providing excellent service to the Dalipiteño youth and restore trust between government and society.
