So much has happened over 62 years, it's hard to capture it all in one place. Thanks to everyone who sent their articles, photos, old movies, videos, and stories of Midsommarfests past so they could be shared here. If you sent something and it's not here, it's because we're still trying to figure out the best way to organize and present everything.
Every year, part of event includes a special In Memoriam booth where those who have passed away since the last Midsommarfest are honored.
It's amazing the between April 2020 and now, we've still only scratched the surface to begin collecting and recording stories about all the people who have made Skandia the organization it is today. Much more work needs to be done. If you have information or stories to share, please send them to info@skandia-folkdance.org or call Skandia 425-954-5262 and leave a message.
