Where can I find the schedule, gate times, haul-in times, etc?

Check out the "Schedule" tab on this page. On your computer? It's in the upper right-hand corner. On your phone? There is a drop down menu at the top left corner.

Can I sign up the day of the show?

Yes! Both days offer at-show registration for an additional fee. Stalls can also be reserved for day use on a first-come, first-served basis.

Do I need to bring my own stall bedding?

YES. Additionally, each user is responsible for cleaning out their own stall prior to leaving the grounds. Stalls found to be insufficiently swept clean may be subject to a $20 fine enforceable upon your next entry to a Skagit County 4-H show.

Will there be food available?

Yep! Food vendors are scheduled to be at the Skagit County Fairgrounds. Concessions will not be offered via the 4-H Clubs this year. 

Is there a dress code?

All riders under 18 and all 4-H riders are required to wear an equestrian helmet. 4-H members should ride in attire suited to their division (gamers should wear button down long sleeves, pants that go outside of the top of the boot. Performance riders know what to do!). This is NOT a schooling show. If you are not a 4-H member, please dress "school appropriate" and help us set a professional example for our youth, and remember helmets are always encouraged!

In case of rain?

Saturday's Performance Show may move to Silver Quarters in Bow if there is *significant* rain. Sunday's Games Show will take place rain or shine, however some classes may be cancelled if the arena is deemed unsafe. Stay tuned here and on our Facebook Event Page as we get closer to the show.

Games Show - Sunday, July 26th:

1. Click on the link below to register. One registration per horse/rider combo please.

2. Visit Entry Form to register for classes. Keep track of the classes your family/group are signing up for and the amount owed.

3. Submit your payment via Venmo to @SkagitCounty-HorseLeaders, don't forget to put the rider's name in the notes. Payments will also be accepted via check/cash/card day of show for complete pre-registrations.

4. Pre-registration must be received by 7pm on July 24th. Entries accepted day of show for an additional fee.

Camping/Stall Reservations:

**You must be pre-registered and a Skagit County 4-H member to camp.

1. Click on the link below to reserve your stalls and camping space.

2. Keep track of the amount owed for your family/group.

3. Submit payment via Venmo to @SkagitCounty-HorseLeaders, don't forget to add the family/group name in the notes. Payments will be accepted via check/cash/card day of show for complete pre-registrations.

4. Pre-registration must be received by 7pm on July 23rd for camping. Stall reservations available day of show based on availability.
