Welcome to SCCP!

SCCP is an organization centered upon exposing its members to clinical pharmacy, the various specialties available, and the process of becoming a stronger residency candidate. We have speaker events, collaboration and networking with other organization, community service events, and clinical workshops throughout our semesters. Through SCCP, we want to ensure that students understand the part they play on a medical team, and the applications of their skills and education that they learn throughout pharmacy school.

What is a Clinical Pharmacist?

Clinical pharmacists hold unique positions working with a diverse set of healthcare professionals and directly with patients to achieve the best health outcomes.

They are educated and trained in direct patient care environments, including medical centers, clinics, and a variety of other health care settings. This experience is usually gained through residency or board certification.
