As Christians prayer is one of the most fundamental aspects of our lives. It is the foundation of who we are as it helps us to connect with God the Father. By bringing our lives, hopes, dreams and needs to God it helps us to see what we see a valuable. Prayer is also a two way conversation so not only do we speak to God but we also believe that God will speak with us.
