GEAR UP stands for Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs. We focus on improving the college and career readiness of students. The program is funded through a grant that was awarded to Eastern Arizona College. Click here for more information about GEAR UP.

The GEAR UP 3 Grant that began servicing students in February 2019 is for the 2024 graduating class. Gear UP's funds are used toward a specific cohort of kids.
