Arrival & Access
Enter through Carmichael St. security door and sign in ✔️
Pick up Key and open First Aid Room (Unlock Main door) ✔️
Start a Duty Report and a SBC Security Report✔️
Equipment & Set-Up
Prepare stretcher, stair chair, AED, O₂ and stocked cooler ✔️
Wear hi-vis vest and proper uniform ✔️
Ensure radios are working (SBC radio + SJA radio) ✔️
Before Doors Open
Radio check between teams ✔️
Event Lead radios: “St. John Ambulance on site” ✔️
Deploy to Section 12 (and additional section as required) at least 5–10 minutes before doors open ✔️
During Event
Remain visible standing at start, intermission, and end ✔️
Maintain radio awareness and professionalism ✔️
Complete a PCR for every patient (as needed) ✔️
End of Event
Return equipment and empty cooler ✔️
Complete log and Duty Report ✔️
Radio: “St. John Ambulance is off site” ✔️
Lock room and return key and report to security ✔️
