The University Honors Advisory Council (UHAC) advises and assists the Director of the John Martinson Honors Program (JMHP) in all matters associated with the program. This includes establishing, overseeing, developing, modifying, and revising the curriculum of the JMHP, in consultation with the Director. Other duties also includes advisory and collaborative functions—such as admission and retention standards, selecting faculty to teach in the program, assessment matters, and diversity and inclusivity policies.
The role of UHAC Representatives is to advocate for Honors students' issues that need to be addressed to the John Martinson Honors Program. These representatives are Honors students that were appointed by the Honors Student Advisory Board (made up of the Honors Student Association's Executive Board, Class Representatives, and Committee Chairs) to represent the Honors student body. If you have anything that you would like the UHAC Representatives to address, feel free to contact them, or fill out and submit the questionnaire below.
